About the Founder:
Ebenezer is a practising mental health professional and licensed FIFA football agent (with authorisation to represent minors). His passion lies in helping people and trying to make a difference wherever he finds himself. He has had the opportunity to play football at non-league and semi-professional levels across the Welsh football leagues, however, having retired through injury, he has turned his attention to supporting talented footballers and their families towards achieving their dreams of playing elite football.
Recognising the importance of the words of Bill Beswick, "The mind is the athlete, the body simply the means", Ebenezer utilises the skills he has gained as a mental health professional and applies them to his football agent role as he recognises that mental health and wellbeing are an integral part of a successful football career.
Through his years of practice, he is adept at recognising when people need mental health support, especially in elite sports performance where mental fortitude and resilience are non-negotiables; and works with them to provide person centred interventions, alongside his bespoke agent services.
Ebenezer aspires to become a top sports lawyer so he can also offer legal services as part of his overall agent services so is currently enrolled on the postgraduate MA Law programme at the University of Bristol (part-time). As a dual Ghanaian and British citizen, Ebenezer is interested not only in the football talent pool in the United Kingdom and Europe but also across West Africa where he has spent some time scouting for the next big African star.
